大赛介绍 l Introduction

HICOOL全球创业者峰会暨创业大赛——专为创业者而生，致力于打造多层级、多维度、多元化的国际创业模式，面向全球寻找优质项目，助力其在北京快速发展。大赛将邀请顶级投资人、知名导师及头部企业家为参赛项目提供全程创业辅导和能力加速，提供人才落户、子女教育、医疗保障及人才公寓等全方位“北京服务”，为创业者持续赋能。

HICOOL Global Entrepreneur Summit and Entrepreneurship Competition was born for Entrepreneurs. It aims to build a multi-level, multi-dimensional and diversified international entrepreneurial model, seeking for high-quality startups worldwide, facilitating entrepreneurs to grow and expand their business in Beijing. The competition invites top investors, famous mentors and leading entrepreneurs to provide all-round entrepreneurial guidance and acceleration, to continuously empower entrepreneurs in Beijing by providing a full range of "Beijing Services" such as talent settlement, children's education, healthcare, designated apartments, etc.

HICOOL 2024全球创业者峰会暨创业大赛将在2024年1月至8月举办。大赛在全球范围内设置7个报名赛区、140个项目奖席位和28个伯乐奖席位，总奖励资金为1亿元人民币。

HICOOL 2024 Global Entrepreneur Summit and Entrepreneurship Competition will be held from January to August 2024. The Competition will set up 7 major registration areas worldwide. There are 140 winning seats for the startups and 28 winning seats for talent scouts awards with a total amount of CNY 100 million bonus.

奖励政策 l Supportive Policies

在京落户 Settlement in Beijing ลงหลักปักฐานที่กรุงปักกิ่ง
中国籍获奖者及其配偶、未成年子女可优先办理北京落户手续。
Winners with Chinese nationality, their spouses and minor children can be prioritized to proceed Beijing settlement procedures.

出入境 Immigration การเดินทางเข้าออกประเทศจีน
（仅针对海外组一二三等奖项目）外籍获奖者及其配偶、未成年子女可申请办理有效期为2至5年的居留许可。经推荐，可直接申请《外国人永久居留证》。
(Exclusive for First, Second and Third prize winners from the overseas group). Foreign winners, their spouses and minor children can apply for residence permits valid for 2-5 years. With recommendation, the winners can directly apply for the ‘permanent residence permit for foreigners’.

子女入学 Children’s Education การศึกษาของเด็ก
中国籍获奖者子女，可优先协调就读本市公立学校；
外籍获奖者子女可协调国际学校或公办学校国际班就读。
Children of winners with Chinese nationality may be prioritized to enroll in the municipal public schools. Children of foreign winners may be prioritized to enroll in the international schools or international classes in public schools.

医疗就诊 Medical and Health Caring การแพทย์และการดูแลสุขภาพ
获奖者可享受北京市定点医疗机构提供的优质医疗服务，包括首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院、首都医科大学宣武医院、首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院、北京积水潭医院和北京小汤山医院等。
The winners can enjoy the high-quality medical services provided by designated medical institutions in Beijing, including Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Xuanwu Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital and Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital.

社会保险 Social Insurance ประกันสังคม
（仅针对海外组一二三等奖项目）获奖者的外国籍无业配偶、未满16周岁子女可参加北京市“一老一小”城镇居民基本医疗保险。
(First, second and third prize winners of overseas group only). The foreign winners’ unemployed spouses and children under the age of 16 can enjoy the basic medical insurance for urban residents in Beijing.

科研物品入境 Entry of Scientific Research Articles บทความวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์
（仅针对海外组一二三等奖项目）获奖者进境少量科研、教学物品，可免征进口税收。
Entry of scientific research equipment (First, second and third prize winners of overseas group only). Small amount of scientific research and teaching equipment imported by the winners can be exempted from import tax.
